Applications are presently being accepted for Switzerland’s CERN ORIGIN Program 2025–2026. This early-career program’s objective is to give secondary school graduates and students pursuing bachelor’s and master’s degrees practical experience in the technical and support services industry. For people who have never taken part in a program like this at CERN, there is a program called CERN ORIGIN.

The European Organization for Nuclear Research, or CERN, in Geneva, Switzerland, is a great place to begin your career. The ORIGIN Program provides a range of activities for technical sectors and support services. IELTS is not necessary, and there is no application fee. Preparing the Next Generation for careers in science, technology, and administration is the aim of the ORIGIN Program.

Eligibility Requirements:

Early career professionals are the program’s target population.
Citizens of CERN Member or Associate Member States are encouraged to apply.

For people without a university degree who have a General Secondary Education Diploma:
two years or less of professional experience following graduation.
qualified for positions in support services or technical disciplines (such as finance, human resources, international relations, and law).
This particular program is not available to university graduates.

In reference to recent college graduates:

Having a bachelor’s or master’s degree is required.
