The 2025 JCMM Project Scholarship is open to international students pursuing master’s and doctoral degrees in the scientific and technical disciplines. Your application must be submitted by September 30, 2025. The South Moravian Centre for International Mobility (JCMM) is offering this scholarship, which is valued at CZK 7,000 per month and is considered partial support. Non-EU nationals are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Regarding:

International students from non-EU third countries pursuing Ph.D. or follow-up master’s degrees at our partner universities, with an emphasis on technological and natural science fields, are eligible to apply for JCMM scholarships. The plan also includes Czech Centers at our partner international universities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • International students from third-world non-EU countries who are enrolled in follow-up master’s or doctorate programs at partner universities in Brno, Czech Republic, are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants should not have previously attended any Czech universities or secondary schools, with the exception of language and preparation courses or short-term study exchange programs. Those who have previously studied in the Czech Republic or who have been in the country for at least six months are not eligible to apply.

Selection criteria:

  • Programs for studying technology and natural sciences are preferred.
  • While the requirements for Ph.D. programs differ by faculty, follow-up master’s degrees require a strong command of the Czech language.
