Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate must be enrolled at Victoria University of Wellington as an international student with full international tuition expenses and plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree.

- A new student at Victoria University of Wellington is required, including those who have just finished the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) or Foundation Studies programs offered by the university.

- A separate scholarship application does not need to be submitted by the applicant.
- The candidate’s eligibility will be automatically evaluated when they apply for a bachelor’s degree program.
- If the candidate is chosen as a beneficiary, they will get notification of the scholarship offer through their Offer of Place.
