Ampere Excellence Scholarships for International Students at ENS De Lyon 2026
The Ampere Excellence Scholarships for International Students at ENS De Lyon 2026 are being provided by the Ecole Normale Superieure de Lyon (ENS Lyon) for master’s degrees in all of the university’s departments. The deadline is April 10, 2026, and you may apply here. With the exception of France, all citizens are eligible for the scholarship. Outstanding overseas students have the opportunity to enroll in one of ENS De Lyon’s master’s programs through the Ampère Scholarships of Excellence.

Eligibility Criteria:
- In order to be admitted to Masters Year 2, candidates must show that they have acquired an equivalent degree or level or that they have successfully completed Masters Year 1 (240 ECTS European credits).
- In order to be admitted to the master’s program, candidates must present proof that they have obtained a license, which is equivalent to 180 ECTS European credits, or a diploma or level.
Required Document:
- Professors who are familiar with your work should provide two letters of recommendation (in either French or English); if you are unable to upload the letters, the professors can email them to ampere.scholarship@ens-lyon.fr (with your name and the Master’s selection clearly written in the document name).
- Proof of enrollment documents are only accepted in French or English for the current year. The necessary diploma for Master’s admission must be sent before the start of the academic year if it is not currently accessible.
