The Archibald Scholarship is available to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business and economics at the University of Queensland in 2026. The deadline for submitting your application is January 20, 2026. This scholarship, which has a maximum partial financing of AUD 10,000, is offered by the University of Queensland (UQ). Eligibility Criteria:
- Students should have received a Grade Point Average of at least 6.5 in each of these undergraduate economics courses.
- There are no equivalent scholarships available to students.
- One of the following courses is being taken full-time by the students:
- The Bachelor of Economics with Honors (as a new student)
- Economics is the major of the 48-unit Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (Honors) curriculum.

Selection criteria:
- The scholarship goes to the student who has the best GPA across all of the required courses.
- If two or more applicants have the same GPA, the selection committee will select an additional criterion to grant the scholarship.
