The China Link Scholarship Program is offered to foreign nationals to pursue their master’s and doctoral-level studies at Donghua University. The scholarship is classified into General Scholar (current undergraduates and master’s students) and Senior Scholar (current Ph.D students or faculties) categories.

Eligibility Criteria of the Scholarship:

• Applicants must be a non-Chinese citizen in good health.
• General Scholar Applicants must be under the age of 45.
• Senior Scholar Applicants must be under the age of 50.
• Applicants must be full-time students or faculty members enrolled/employed in the China Scholarship Council’s partner foreign universities.

Applicable Programs:

• Applicants are eligible for all programs except the Chinese language discipline.

Application Process:

• Applicants should first contact the university professors to initiate the scholarship process.
• Applicants must submit the required documents in the online application form.
• Original documents should be notarized and uploaded together with the original ones.
• Applicant should provide an enrollment/employment letter from the current institution.
• Applicant should submit a personal statement of purpose.
• The applicants should undergo the Foreigner Medical Examination and furnish the respective documents.
• Applicants should also submit a copy of the police clearance certificate from the respective authorities.

Successful applicants of the Chinese Government Scholarship at Donghua University will receive the following benefits-
