Eligibility Criteria:
- All domestic Pasifika candidates are welcome to apply for a PhD program at Victoria University of Wellington, often known as Te Herenga Waka.

- Full-time students receive a three-year, tax-free stipend of NZD 32,000 in addition to tuition and student fees; part-time scholarships are prorated.
