General requirements:

• Candidates cannot be citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran or Iran.
• There must be no legal limitations on remaining in Iran or continuing one’s studies.

• Iran’s political or consular agencies in their home country, or by the university’s accredited medical facilities.

Specific Requirements:

• A minimum certificate equivalent to completing one of Iran’s mandatory educational courses, such as high school (12 years of formal education), a bachelor’s degree, or a master’s degree, is necessary for admission to
• bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs.
• If the applicant has already studied outside of Iran, they must request permission from the Iranian Embassy by submitting all transcripts and certificates of study.
  Master’s and doctoral programs require initial admission to be approved by the relevant council.

• The most recent transcript scan of the preceding academic year’s degree certificate, completing the registration form, a Word document that can be obtained
