Eligibility Criteria:
- There must not be any legal prohibitions for continuing studies or staying in Iran.
- Must provide a valid certificate of physical and mental health, approved by the political or consular offices of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the student’s home country or accredited medical centers of the university.
- Candidates cannot be citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- For admission to bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs, candidates must have a minimum certificate comparable to finishing one of Iran’s regular educational courses, such as high school (12 years of formal education), a bachelor’s degree, or a master’s degree.
- If the candidate completed their previous education outside of Iran, they must produce all transcripts and certificates of education to the Iranian Embassy for approval.
- Master’s and doctoral programs require initial admission approval from the relevant council.
