Scholarships for MA Degrees in Kyrgyzstan from the OSCE Academy, 2026–2028

In Kyrgyzstan, apply for fully funded MA Degree Scholarships at the OSCE Academy.The OSCE Academy in Kyrgyzstan is providing 80 fully funded scholarships for students from the aforementioned countries to study in Kyrgyzstan for the 2026–2028 academic year. The full-time, 18-month MA programs will begin to be offered on September 1, 2026. Prior to September 1st, all enrolled students must attend the preparatory Summer School, which will take place from August 4 to August 29, 2026. Students must travel to and reside in Bishkek in order to pursue their desired degree. In 2002, the public OSCE Academy was founded in Bishkek by the Kyrgyz government and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). Through post-graduate education, research, professional training, and intellectual interaction, the OSCE Academy promotes the principles and goals of the OSCE.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be nationals of Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, or Uzbekistan, or of one of the OSCE member states.
- hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or are expected to earn one before starting the program (specialist diploma, four-year BA, or final-year BA).
- high level of English language skills (at least 6.5 on the IELTS or 90 on the TOEFL)
