Scholarships for Maynooth University Admission 2025
For 2025, Maynooth University is providing admission scholarships to students seeking a bachelor’s degree in one of its subject areas. The deadline for submitting your application is November 20, 2025. This scholarship, which has a partial grant value of €1,000, is being offered by the Maynooth University National University of Ireland, Maynooth (NUIM). Applications for this scholarship are open to all citizens. Entrance scholarships were awarded to 80 new MU students in 2024 who were enrolled in a range of degree programs, including MH101 Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, Primary Education, and more. Eligibility Criteria:
- The €1,000 Entrance Scholarship is automatically awarded to incoming first-year students who apply through the Central Applications Office (CAO) and score at least 575 CAO points on their school-leaving exams.
- For students presenting the Irish Leaving Certificate, points from six topics must be acquired in a single sitting, albeit the sitting does not have to occur in the same year as university entrance.
- Students who present their GCE A Levels are awarded based on their achievement of the required points from three or four A-Level topics.
