The 2025 Graduate Fellowship for NUS President
PhD applicants enrolled in the university’s courses are eligible for the NUS President Graduate Fellowship 2025. The deadline for submitting your application is November 30, 2025. This scholarship, which comes with full funding and a monthly stipend of SGD 3,400 to SGD 4,300 in addition to tuition, travel, and other allowances, is offered by the National University of Singapore (NUS). Applications for this award are open to all citizens.
The President’s Graduate Fellowship (PGF) is awarded to outstanding researchers who show remarkable promise or achievement. The PGF only accepts nominations. The university chooses many PhD research candidates to receive the Fellowship each semester.

Eligibility Criteria:
- be nominated by the university for the PGF (nominations are the only method to win).
- be admitted as a full-time PhD candidate at NUS.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability or accomplishment in your study.
- be allowed to stay in Singapore for the duration of the scholarship, with the exception of approved time off.
