Eligibility Criteria:
- Female student.
- have a hearing impairment that a medical specialist has confirmed in writing.
- be enrolled or intending to enroll full-time or part-time in the second or subsequent year of an undergraduate program, or in any year of a postgraduate program at the University of Auckland.
- have at least a 5.00 GPA (or 4.50 for candidates from the Pacific and Māori populations).
- A personal statement detailing the benefits of the scholarship should be submitted.
- Maintain the satisfactory academic progress that their department or school has set.
- Make sure they follow all regulations and disclose any other grants, scholarships, or awards that are being given out at the same time.
Benefits:
A maximum of two scholarships worth up to $5,000 will be awarded annually.
