The 2026 President’s Graduate Fellowship (PGF) for PhD at SUTD
PhD applicants in any of the university’s subject areas are eligible for the SUTD PhD President’s Graduate Fellowship (PGF) 2026. You have until March 20, 2026, to submit your application. This scholarship, which has a partial financing value of up to SGD $4,500, is offered by the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates with exceptional academic credentials are eligible for the fellowship.

- A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required of candidates.
- Candidates must speak English fluently.
