The 2026 Sports Scholarship at the University of Limerick
Bachelor’s and master’s degree candidates in any of the university’s subject areas are eligible to apply for the University of Limerick 2026 UL Sports Scholarship. The deadline for submitting your application is March 8, 2026. This scholarship is available from the University of Limerick and has a variable partial funding value. This scholarship is available to all citizens. The top athletes who wish to continue their studies at the University of Limerick while pursuing and excelling in their sport are eligible to apply for the UL Sports Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:
- The scholarships are available to all current full-time UL students, as well as those transferring at the undergraduate or graduate level or applying to enroll at UL for the first time through CAO.
- Applicants must belong to a national governing body for their sport that has been authorized by the Irish Sports Council in order to be eligible for a scholarship.
