The Moroccan Scholarship Programme for 2027
The Kingdom of Morocco’s government provides the fully funded Moroccan Scholarship Program through the Moroccan International Cooperation Agency (AMCI). It allows international students to enroll in Morocco’s public universities, colleges, and training centers. This scholarship supports bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral studies, depending on the applicant’s level. Only a few students are selected each year due to the program’s extreme difficulty. A limited number of students receive health insurance, airline tickets, and financial aid. Since most programs are taught in French, it is essential to have a basic understanding of the language.
