The UL Progression Scholarship is available for master’s degrees in university-administered subjects at the University of Limerick in 2025. The deadline for submitting your application is September 30, 2025. This scholarship, which offers a nearly 50% fee reduction and some financing, is being offered by the University of Limerick. Applications for this fellowship are open to all non-EU nationals.
Through this scholarship, University of Limerick (UL) students who do not pay EU fees and wish to go to a Master’s program at UL are awarded EU fee status. This prize is only available to non-EU fee-paying UL students who successfully complete their four-year Bachelor’s degree program at UL prior to being offered a Master’s degree at UL.

Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate must be working toward a master’s degree.
- International students enrolled in UL’s four-year bachelor’s program who are not EU citizens are eligible.
