With the theme “Digital Soft Power and Cultural Diplomacy in the Age of Algorithms,” the Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD) organized another International Forum 2025 in Toronto, Canada. In October 2025, Toronto will host the best Fully Funded International Youth Forum. Candidates from all over the world are welcome at the Forum.
This program’s goal is to bring together young leaders, professionals, policymakers, thought leaders, digital strategists, academics, and cultural actors to critically analyze how technology, culture, and diplomacy are all changing. There are ten fully funded scholarships available from the Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy, which include return airfare, meals, lodging, and forum access. The Canadian 2025 International Forum’s eligibility requirements are as follows:
- Anyone who is at least eighteen years old and pursuing a career in the arts, social sciences, technology,
- communication, cultural studies, diplomacy, international relations, or a similar sector.
- The IELTS is not necessary.
- All Nationals are eligible for the Program.
- We invite those with an interest in cross-cultural work, diplomacy, or digital platforms.
