Weinstein 2026 JAMS International Fellowship
The 2026 JAMS International Fellowship is available for Weinstein short courses and training in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The deadline for submitting your application is November 21, 2025. This scholarship, which has a partial financing value of up to USD 20,000, is being offered by the JAMS Foundation. Except for US citizens, anyone can apply for this scholarship. The Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship was created in 2008 to provide qualified foreign people with the opportunity to study American dispute resolution methods and processes to aid in their efforts to enhance dispute resolution in their home countries.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Fluency in English is a requirement for the Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship.
- This fellowship is not available to US citizens.
- The duration of the fellowship is one to four months.
- Proposals that support the development of practical dispute resolution processes are given preference.
- Preference is given to applicants who have previously served as judges, lawyers, government representatives, court administrators, practitioners of alternative conflict resolution, or law professors.
- Candidates who are able to start their Fellowship during the annual Fellows conference in the San Francisco Bay area in early September of their Fellowship year are given preference.
