Po University’s Sciences 2025 Scholarship of Emile Boutmy
Students studying bachelor’s or master’s degrees in the courses Sciences Po University offers are eligible to apply for the Emile Boutmy Scholarship in 2025. Your application needs to be sent in before December 10th, 2025. This fellowship, which has a maximum partial grant value of EUR 14,720, is offered by Sciences Po’s Paris Institute of Political Studies. All citizens are eligible for this scholarship, except those who are citizens of Norway, Switzerland, and the EU.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must come from households in the EU that do not file taxes. Candidates from dual EU citizens, Switzerland, Norway, and Quebec (for master’s degrees) are not eligible.
- The Émile Boutmy Scholarship is open to first-time applicants from non-EU countries who have been admitted into Sciences Po’s undergraduate or graduate programs.
- Additionally, students applying to several Master’s programs, dual-degree programs, or the Ph.D. program are excluded unless they meet particular standards. For instance, several dual-degree programs do not accept candidates from China.
