The 2025 International Alberta Graduate Excellence Scholarship
Master’s degrees in the university’s fields are eligible for the Alberta Graduate Excellence Scholarship (AGES)-International 2025. The deadline for submitting the application is December 20, 2025. This scholarship, which has a partial grant of CAD 11,000, is offered by the University of Calgary in Canada. Except for Canadian nationals, everyone is eligible for this scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:
- They must be full-time graduate students in the Faculty of Graduate Studies with a thesis.
- A minimum of 13 months of full-time coursework are required for master’s degree candidates.
- PhD candidates must have completed at least 37 months of full-time coursework.
- must reside in Alberta at the time the prize is given.
- When transferring from master’s to doctoral programs, students must have finished ≤37 months in total, counting from the start of their master’s program.
- There must be one of two:

- having a valid study permit that allows them to study in Canada, or
- registered to enroll in an Alberta post-secondary institution and have filed a study permit application.
