Cleveland Clinic’s Administrative Fellowship Program is project-oriented and gives the fellows numerous opportunities to participate in projects throughout the Foundation. The program is geared toward the self-starter who has some practical experience in the healthcare environment.

Eligibility for the Cleveland Clinic’s Administrative Fellowship Program:

• Applicants can be of any nationality.
• Applicants must hold a Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MHSA) or equivalent coursework from a U.S.-based university.
• Applicants with a degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) are preferred.
• Applicants should be in the second year of their coursework, except in programs where the second year is a residency.

Application Process: 

• Eligible candidates must apply online for the fellowship program.
• First-round virtual interviews will take place mid-to-late September.
• Onsite interviews will take place at the end of September or early October.
• The application should include the following documents:
  • Resume,
  • Two graduate letters of recommendation (one academic and one professional),
  • Official graduate school transcript,
  • Official or unofficial undergraduate transcript,
  • Two essays:
    • Personal Statement (1 page),
    • Essay 2 (500 words or less).
