Cleveland Clinic’s Administrative Fellowship Program is project-oriented and gives the fellows numerous opportunities to participate in projects throughout the Foundation. The program is geared toward the self-starter who has some practical experience in the healthcare environment.
Eligibility for the Cleveland Clinic’s Administrative Fellowship Program:
- Applicants can be of any nationality.
- Applicants must hold a Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MHSA) or equivalent coursework from a U.S.-based university.
- Applicants with a degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) are preferred.
- Applicants should be in the second year of their coursework, except in programs where the second year is a residency.
Application Process:
- Eligible candidates must apply online for the fellowship program.
- First-round virtual interviews will take place mid-to-late September.
- Onsite interviews will take place at the end of September or early October.
- The application should include the following documents:
- Resume,
- Two graduate letters of recommendation (one academic and one professional),
- Official graduate school transcript,
- Official or unofficial undergraduate transcript,
- Two essays:
- Personal Statement (1 page),
- Essay 2 (500 words or less).
