Eligibility for DAAD Helmut-Schmidt-Programme (Master’s Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance – PPGG):

  • Bachelor’s degree holders or those with an equivalent degree from developing and emerging nations are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants with a first-degree degree in the social and political sciences, law, economics, public policy, and administration who have above-average (upper third) grades
  • Applicants who are prepared to make a significant contribution to their native nations’ or regions’ social, political, and economic growth
  • Applicants with prior relevant practical experience (such as work experience, internships, or political/social involvement)
