- When the scholarship is awarded (fall 2025), applicants must be enrolled full-time (12 credits) or have Financial Aid for Studies recognize this status.
- People who are recognized as student parents under the criteria of Université Laval’s student parent policy may be eligible for this competition if they are enrolled part-time (6 to 11 credits).
- Candidates must complete economic law doctoral coursework.
