Candidates who demonstrated outstanding performance during the admissions process and showed promise as an influential future leader and IMD ambassador are eligible to receive IMD MBA merit scholarships. Women are eligible to receive at least 50% of these scholarships.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant can be of any nationality.
- The applicant must have superior academic or professional standing including GPA (or equivalent) and GMAT/GRE.
- The applicant must be able to convince the selection committee of his/her ambition and to utilize the MBA to pursue a leadership role.
- The applicant must be able to contribute to the overall learning experience of the class.
- The applicant cannot be a recipient of additional scholarships.
Application Process:
- Interested candidates must complete the Scholarships and Bursaries form found under the Financial Planning section of the MBA application form.
- The candidate must submit an essay on the following topic in 100 words:
- “As an IMD MBA scholar, what would make you a good ambassador for the MBA program?”
Value of the Scholarship:
The selected candidates are awarded a sum ranging between CHF 30,000 and CHF 50,000.
