Objectives of the Program
The program has been developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France to assist the higher education institutions of France to attract the best foreign students to Masters’s and Ph.D. degree programs.
The program is out there to train future foreign decision-makers from the public and private sectors in the pivotal areas of study and gives encouragement to applications from applicants in emerging countries at the Master’s level and in emerging plus industrialized countries at the doctoral level.
The Eiffel Scholarship Program of Excellence encourages students whose age is up to 25 years from developing countries at the master’s level and also encourages students with age up to 30 years from developing and industrialized countries at the doctoral level/Ph.D.
