The Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) has newly introduced students admitted to SUTD from 2024 onwards, the SUTD Global Excellence Scholarship is one of our most prestigious scholarships. The SUTD Global Excellence Scholarship is dedicated to further realizing these students’ potential through supporting their personal development, including options for postgraduate studies, global exposure, and more.
Eligibility criteria for the SUTD Global Excellence Scholarship, 2024:
- Open to all nationals.
- Applicants for SUTD’s undergraduate degree program must have outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘A’ level, Local Polytechnic Diploma, NUS High School Diploma, IB Diploma, or Year 12 comparable qualifications.
- must display great leadership talents and potential.
- Applicants must have a strong record in co-curricular and/or community activities.
- Have the mentality, motivation, and potential to make an effect on society.
Value:
Successful applicants of the SUTD Global Excellence Scholarship, 2024 will receive the following benefits-
- Grant of S$9,000 which may be utilized to one Approved Overseas Programme+ (at S$9,000) or for two Approved Overseas Programmes+ (at S$4,500 per program)
- Allowance for S$7,000 every two terms
- An optional grant of up to S$15,000 is available to support tuition fees for a postgraduate degree program at either SUTD or SMU (for qualifying courses) within 3 years of graduation from SUTD.
- Priority consideration for leadership development through membership in Fifth Row groups, such as the University Ambassador Club
Application: The Admissions Selection Committee will select award recipients during the admissions screening process. Recipients will be notified of the award as well as their admission offer.
