Eligibility for USA Scholarship Outstanding Scholar Award:
- Apply for fall 2022 or a later fall term.
- Complete IUPUI application and a scholarship application (and submit all materials).
- Have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.75 (weighted).
- Have a minimum SAT score of 1310 for the Math and Critical Reading sections, or a minimum ACT composite score of 28. Complete the Honors Online Application.
Value of the Award:
The successful applicants Outstanding Scholar Award will receive an award of $5,500 USD each Fall and Spring semester.
International Partner Outstanding Scholar Award $18,000 USD per year

- $9000 USD each Fall and Spring semester during first year of enrollment
- Renew this award for Year 2 by maintaining a cumulative IUPUI GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Total for 2 years = $36,000 USD
International Partner Academic Merit Award $11,000 USD per year
- SYSU GPA required: 80-89
- $5,500 USD each Fall and Spring semester during first year of enrollment
- Renew this award for Year 2 by maintaining a cumulative IUPUI GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Total for 2 years = $22,000 USD
SYSU Partnership Transfer Award $4,000 USD per year
- SYSU GPA required: 75-79
- $2000 USD each Fall and Spring semester during first year of enrollment
