Eligibility for Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship at University College Dublin:
- The applicant should be classified as an international student and should be classified as a non-EU/EEA fee payer.
- The applicant should enroll in a Masters or a Ph.D. Program in the University College Dublin.
- The applicant should be a non-EU/EEA resident.
- Applicants must already have a scholarship offer from UCD to apply. Applications for scholarships that do not have a current offer to enroll in classes at an Irish university will not be accepted.
