- Everyone except the Republic of Kazakhstan citizens is to apply for all academic levels.
- For bachelors, applicants must have a higher secondary degree with good results.
- For a master’s degree, applicants must have a diploma\ bachelor’s or equivalent degree, and the applicants should have a 3.0 out of 4.00 GPA.
- Ph.D. applicants must have a diploma or master’s or equivalent degree, and the applicant should have at least a 3.0 out of 4.00 GPA.
- A foreign language proficiency certificate is required for master’s and Ph.D. programs.
